Queen’s Quay Penthouse

Categories: Design, Renovation

This penthouse on Queen’s Quay was bursting at the seams with potential. In its original state (with peach ceramic tiles and carpeting that was typical at that time) this 3 bedroom condo was in need of complete modernization. The homeowner’s requests were “We like modern, we like traditional, we need four bedrooms.” With that, we accepted the challenge and fused together different elements throughout the home to create an elegant, harmoniously balanced space with breathtaking views second to none. Rumour has it that this is one of the only penthouses in that building with a full view of the lake directly from the kitchen area.

Testimonial

Queens Quay Renovation Project – “We were looking to modernize our condo. However, we do not know where and how to start. Elysha and her team at Trifektah conceived a very beautiful design for the whole place. During the project, Trifektah responded promptly to our further inputs and took great care to ensure that all goes according to plan. We are very satisfied in the way Trifektah handled the project from beginning to the end. Highly recommended.”
