Bellwoods Beauty! Amazing entire home transformation. Designer finishes, no expense spared! This is a unique opportunity for a home in the heart of Toronto.

The spacious main floor features handscraped hardwood floors throughout, an impressive fireplace with floor to ceiling tile imported from Spain, custom foyer built in storage and main floor laundry. The custom kitchen features a huge 13ft island with Cambria Quartz top and waterfall finish on both sides, a large walk in pantry, and high end Kitchenaid appliances that include a built in microwave and 36″ commercial gas range. Upgrades in the kitchen include dovetail drawers with soft close, all soft close doors, a custom garbage/recycle center, custom pullouts and under cabinet lighting! The kitchen opens to the dining area, with lots of natural light.

The master suite is another element that sets this house above all others. Gorgeous double-sink ensuite vanity, linen closet storage and a large balcony with amazing views of the Toronto skyline.

The finished basement offers lots of options. There is a kitchen rough-in, a secondary laundry room, cold cellar, beautifully finished 3 piece washroom, ample storage space and separate entrance, so it could easily be an apartment, or in the current configuration it is extra living space.

A brand new Lochinvar Combi/Boiler system has been installed for heating efficiency and to eliminate the need for a hot water tank! A Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning unit will keep you cool all summer long!
All windows, insulation, doors, roof, plumbing and electrical have all been replaced and Permits were used for the entire project.

Landscaped deck in the backyard, with BBQ gasline connection will be perfect for entertaining this summer! The double car garage has hydro and ample storage.

Queen’s Quay Penthouse

Queen's Quay Penthouse

This penthouse on Queen’s Quay was bursting at the seams with potential. In its original state (with peach ceramic tiles and carpeting that was typical at that time) this 3 bedroom condo was in need of complete modernization. The homeowner’s requests were “We like modern, we like traditional, we need four bedrooms.” With that, we accepted the challenge and fused together different elements throughout the home to create an elegant, harmoniously balanced space with breathtaking views second to none. Rumour has it that this is one of the only penthouses in that building with a full view of the lake directly from the kitchen area.

Queens Quay Renovation Project – “We were looking to modernize our condo. However, we do not know where and how to start. Elysha and her team at Trifektah conceived a very beautiful design for the whole place. During the project, Trifektah responded promptly to our further inputs and took great care to ensure that all goes according to plan. We are very satisfied in the way Trifektah handled the project from beginning to the end. Highly recommended.”

Kitchen Renovation – “My husband and I would like to thank Hampton Kitchens, Elysha, and the Trifektah team for their excellent job.
Everything from the design to the construction and the installation of cabinets where handled with professionalism, care and pride.
Even though we had additional work added to the original quote the project was completed within the scheduled time frame.
We have no hesitation recommending their services to anyone.”

Feedback on Witherspoon Renovation: Kitchen – “Starting a renovation in any part of your house involves a series of many steps and of course, time. When we first met Elysha at the Ancaster Home Show, we were immediately impressed with her willingness to listen and share her expertise with us. Following our initial conversation, Elysha followed up with multiple home visits to further gain insight into what our plans were. Together a design plan was developed and timelines were established. This is key as we all know what a focal point a kitchen is within your home. Once the design for our kitchen was established, Elysha’s crew began the work to prepare for the installation of our new kitchen. As our home is close to a century old there were unforeseen challenges that emerged. This was related to electric, plumbing and of course walls that were not exactly square. Having an experienced contractor working alongside her along with his craftsmen, these obstacles were professionally dealt with to ensure that our new kitchen would meet our needs. As we watched her team prepare for the installation of our cabinets and appliances and ensuring that all facets of the plumbing, electric and lighting were in place, Hampton Kitchens cabinet installer was able to install our kitchen. Our installer was exemplary. With any renovation there will always be aspects of the project that come up. Working collaboratively and professionally Elysha and her team ensured that our desires and wishes were followed. Communication is key in any renovation project if you are not doing it yourself. Elysha and her team were receptive to our suggestions and also genuinely concerned about our vision for our kitchen. Today there are many companies and contractors that can say they can install a kitchen for you. Elysha’s team have the knowledge, skills, creativity and dedication to their customers to make your vision a reality. Our new kitchen reflects our vision!”

John Street Residence - Renovation

We transformed this older house into a new home providing new custom cabinetry, counter-tops, and backsplash tiles in the kitchen, opening up the stairwell while adding a new railing, adding a new laundry area, and reworking the bathroom with a new tub/shower, toilet, and vanity, new bathroom floor and shower tile, in addition to raised bathroom ceiling providing a more airy feel to the space.

Old House Full Reno – Kitchen, 2 Baths, Floors, Windows, Roof – “I purchased an older home that needed major updating and work to start immediately so that I could move in. Rob from Hampton Kitchens recommended Elysha with Trifektah. She and her team were a godsend because I was feeling completely overwhelmed. With competence and enthusiasm Elysha organized the flow of work, tracked the budget and assisted me with design choices to create a cohesive look. I especially appreciated the ‘can do’ flexibility and positive attitude of the team when addressing several unexpected, yet necessary repairs. I would not have a comfortable home now, without the diligence of Elysha and her team. Thank you”
